Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for Speedee AerialWorks services.

1. Standard Service Cancellations

For standard inspection bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled job: full refund or free rescheduling

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled job: 50% of the agreed service fee may be retained

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled job: no refund — full service fee applies

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@speedeeaerialworks.co.uk.

2. Emergency Call-Out Fee

The Emergency Call-Out fee is non-refundable once availability has been confirmed and mobilisation has begun. This fee covers the cost of operator time, travel, and equipment preparation regardless of whether the inspection is ultimately carried out.

If we are unable to attend after confirming availability due to a reason within our control, a full refund of the call-out fee will be issued within 5 working days.

3. Weather and Operational Cancellations

Drone operations are subject to safe weather conditions and airspace availability. If we are required to cancel or reschedule due to:

• Adverse weather (high winds, heavy rain, fog, lightning)

• CAA or airspace restrictions beyond our control

• Unsafe site conditions identified upon arrival

We will offer a free rescheduling at the earliest available date. No cancellation fee will apply. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

4. Client-Requested Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking free of charge with more than 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur an administration fee of £25.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method. Refunds for card payments are subject to Stripe or PayPal processing times and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
