DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)
This DPA is between:
[Client Name] (“Controller”) and Speedee AerialWorks (“Processor”).
1. Purpose
Speedee AerialWorks processes aerial imagery, thermal data, inspection data, and related files solely for delivering contracted drone services.
2. Nature of Data
Data may include:
Visual imagery of property, infrastructure, or land
Thermal imagery
GPS metadata
Operational logs
Personal data is not intentionally collected but may be incidental.
3. Processor Obligations
Speedee AerialWorks shall:
Process data only under the Controller’s instructions
Maintain secure storage and encrypted transfer
Restrict access to authorised personnel
Not subcontract processing without written approval
Notify the Controller of any data breach within 48 hours
4. Data Retention
Data is retained for 30 days unless otherwise agreed, then securely deleted.
5. Confidentiality
All data remains the property of the Controller. Speedee AerialWorks will not disclose or reuse data for any other purpose.
6. International Transfers
No data will be transferred outside the UK without explicit written consent.
7. Controller Rights
The Controller may request:
Access
Correction
Deletion
Confirmation of secure deletion
8. Governing Law
This DPA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Operational Disclaimer All drone operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and on‑site safety assessments conducted on the day of flight. Speedee AerialWorks reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel operations if conditions are deemed unsafe or non‑compliant with CAA regulations. No liability is accepted for delays caused by regulatory, environmental, or safety‑related factors outside our control.

SECURITY PARTNER AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between:
Speedee AerialWorks, Bradford, UK (“Aerial Partner”) and [_________________________________________________________________________________________________], Yorkshire, UK (“Security Partner”).
1. Purpose
To collaborate on integrated security services, including:
Night‑time thermal overwatch
Rapid drone deployment
Perimeter sweeps
Incident response support
Evidence‑grade imagery capture
2. Roles & Responsibilities
Aerial Partner (Speedee AerialWorks):
Provide drone operations, thermal imaging, and aerial surveillance
Maintain GVC certification, insurance, and CAA compliance
Deliver imagery and incident reports within agreed timeframes
Security Partner:
Provide SIA‑licensed ground personnel
Manage site access and incident response
Coordinate with Aerial Partner during deployments
3. Joint Operations
Both parties follow a shared operational plan
Communications via agreed channels (radio/phone)
Aerial Partner retains authority over flight safety decisions
4. Data Ownership
Imagery and thermal data belong to the Security Partner unless otherwise agreed
Aerial Partner may retain copies for compliance and audit purposes only
5. Confidentiality
Both parties must protect operational details, client information, and captured data.
6. Fees
Aerial support: £[rate] per hour / per deployment
Emergency call‑outs: £[rate]
Payment terms: 30 days
7. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own personnel, equipment, and regulatory compliance.
