These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Speedee AerialWorks (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any client (“the Client”). By instructing us, confirming a booking, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Speedee AerialWorks is a professional UAV inspection and aerial data acquisition provider based in Wyke, Bradford BD12 8QB, Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

We provide aerial imaging, thermal data capture, inspection services, and aerial support operations.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) services including, but not limited to:

• High-Voltage Tower and Line Inspection
• Bridge, Structural, and GSM Tower Inspection
• Wind Turbine and Blade Assessment
• PV Module and Thermal Assessment
• Rapid Thermal Aerial Response
• Emergency Deployment Support

Our role is strictly limited to:

  • Aerial observation

  • Image and data capture

  • Live visual transmission

  • Verbal communication of observable conditions

No Technical or Engineering Advice

Speedee AerialWorks provides visual and thermal data acquisition services only.

We do not:

  • Provide engineering assessments

  • Issue structural certifications

  • Deliver maintenance approvals

  • Offer technical repair advice

  • Confirm structural integrity

  • Provide professional engineering opinions

Any commentary given during or after operations is observational only and must not be interpreted as technical, engineering, structural, electrical, or safety certification.

All analysis, interpretation, maintenance decisions, or remedial actions must be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals engaged by the Client.

The Client remains solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all imagery and data

  • Obtaining expert technical evaluation where required

  • Making operational, maintenance, or safety decisions

3. Nature of Aerial Response & Emergency Services

Where engaged for emergency or rapid response deployments:

  • We provide aerial situational awareness only.

  • We transmit visual and/or thermal data to the Client.

  • We may verbally communicate observations during flight.

We do not:

  • Direct security personnel

  • Authorise or instruct physical intervention

  • Determine whether entry, force, or enforcement action should occur

The Client retains full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from information transmitted during deployment.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to written or verbal confirmation by Speedee AerialWorks.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Emergency Call-Outs

Emergency deployments require immediate confirmation and payment of a call-out mobilisation fee. This fee covers:

  • Operator availability

  • Equipment mobilisation

  • Travel time

Operational time and any extended services will be invoiced separately.

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Quoted pricing is valid for the agreed scope of work only. Additional services or extended operational time will be charged accordingly.

6. Regulatory & Operational Compliance

All operations are conducted in accordance with:

  • UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations

  • The Air Navigation Order 2016

  • Applicable operational authorisations

  • Appropriate commercial UAV insurance

We reserve the absolute right to delay, reschedule, or abort any mission where:

  • Weather conditions are unsafe

  • Airspace restrictions apply

  • Site conditions pose risk

  • Legal compliance cannot be maintained

No liability shall arise from such refusal where safety or legal compliance is at risk.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate site details
• Obtain necessary landowner permissions
• Secure third-party consents where required
• Ensure safe ground access and working conditions
• Inform us of hazards or sensitive operational restrictions

The Client remains responsible for:

  • Compliance with security, data protection, and operational laws relating to site activity

  • Decisions made using transmitted imagery or observations

  • Any enforcement, intervention, or response actions taken

8. Imaging, Data & Recording

Depending on operational agreement:

Live Transmission Only

Where agreed, operations may be conducted without recording. In such cases:

  • No imagery will be stored by us

  • Observations are provided verbally

Recorded Operations

Where recording occurs:

  • Imagery is captured for the contracted purpose only

  • Ownership transfers to the Client upon full payment

  • We do not interpret imagery beyond observable description

If requested, original media (e.g. memory card) may be transferred to the Client after completion of operations.

Once transferred, all responsibility for storage, review, disclosure, and use of that material rests solely with the Client.

9. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of Speedee AerialWorks until full payment is received.

Upon payment in full, rights to the contracted deliverables transfer to the Client.

We reserve the right to use non-sensitive, anonymised imagery for portfolio or marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing prior to deployment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the contracted service.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by the Client based on transmitted imagery

  • Security actions or enforcement taken by third parties

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss

  • Loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage

  • Delays caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or access issues

We provide aerial observation services only and accept no responsibility for operational outcomes arising from Client action or inaction.

We accept no liability for structural failure, equipment malfunction, asset damage, or operational loss arising from reliance on aerial imagery without independent professional assessment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical equipment failure despite proper maintenance

  • Third-party access denial

12. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Speedee AerialWorks against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Actions taken by the Client or third parties based on transmitted imagery

  • Misuse of recorded material

  • Failure to obtain necessary site permissions

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on our website.

Continued engagement of services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
