All decisions, actions, and responses based on transmitted imagery remain solely the responsibility of the client or appointed site authority.

4. Operational Imaging & Data Handling
Depending on client requirements and site risk classification:
A. Live Transmission Only (No Recording)
For high-risk or sensitive sites, we may operate on a live-view basis only.
In such cases:
No imagery is stored by us.
No recording is retained.
Observations are communicated verbally.
B. Recorded Operations
Where recording is required:
Imagery is captured solely for the contracted purpose.
The client is the Data Controller for operational imagery.
Speedee AerialWorks acts as a Data Processor where applicable.
Upon request:
The original memory card or secure digital copy may be transferred to the client following flight completion.
Once transferred, responsibility for storage, review, retention, and use lies solely with the client.
We do not analyse, interpret, or make judgments on captured imagery beyond basic observational communication during flight operations.
5. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to:
